About Solana Lifestyle Resort
Located at 13 Watermarks Avenue, Agnes Water, Solana is one of Queensland’s most impressive over-50s lifestyle communities. Developed by Stockwell, the resort has been designed to offer residents a genuine resort experience, complete with high-quality amenities, beautifully landscaped communal spaces, and a strong sense of community.
The Livewell Centre, the resort’s centrepiece amenity hub, recently celebrated its grand opening, marking a significant milestone in the project’s delivery.
Custom Land Group’s Role
Custom Land Group was engaged to deliver the civil construction across Stages 1, 2, and 3 of the development. Our scope covered the full civil package across each stage, including earthworks, services infrastructure, roads, and drainage, all delivered to the exacting standards required for a premium lifestyle development of this calibre.
Working in an active resort environment across multiple live stages required careful coordination, rigorous programme management, and a team that understood the importance of minimising disruption to residents and the broader site. Our crews delivered on all fronts.
